Shipping

• All items are shipped from our warehouse in Sharjah, UAE.
• Orders received before 2pm GST will be shipped same day. Orders received after 2pm GST will be shipped on next working day.
• Shipping could be delayed during festival season and holidays.
• We deliver worldwide excluding Qatar.

Price, VAT, Import duties and taxes

• For customers from UAE and Saudi Arabia a 5% VAT will be added during checkout, after you enter your delivery address.
• Price listed on the website is final price for the item and no further discount can be offered.
• If delivery address in your order is outside UAE you may need to pay import duties and local taxes which are beyond our control and it may be levied before delivery by local authorities. In such cases our delivery partner DHL will inform you and guide you through the process.
